Boat Haulers in Delaware may operate the hours from sunrise to sunset, Monday through Friday. Some curfews apply in metropolitan cities. Permits are required when the boat exceeds over 8.6 feet wide and 13.6 feet tall loaded for all boat haulers. For Yacht Transportation Escorts are required when the boat is over 12 feet wide. Pole car is required when boats are over 14 feet tall loaded in Delaware.
